Bad Experience With Sales Person I walked in the Kenosha Honda dealership with my girlfriend who was interested in the Honda Accord. I told the salesperson we were comparing the Accor I walked in the Kenosha Honda dealership with my girlfriend who was interested in the Honda Accord. I told the salesperson we were comparing the Accord with Toyota Camry, KIA SLX Turbo, and a Hyundai Sonata Turbo Limited and would then make our desion . Went for a test drive and came back all was good until we sat down with Jesus who started to work a deal with us. At this time I received a call from a dealer on a Hyundai and told Jesus we were leaving and heading over to the Hyandia dealer to look at one of their cars. It was at this point Jesus stood up and kicked back his chair pissed off we were not buying the car. He walked away from us telling us he does not do cheap and good luck and just left us sitting at a desk in the showroom. (real professional right!) I looked at my girlreind and laughed and we got up and left my girlfreind is a non- confrontarional person and was a bit shaken up by the whole ordeal. I have bought many new cars in my lifetime been in sales as well (not cars LOL ) I have never really experienced anything like this before. I would never step foot in this place again or refer anyone to this dealership due to the unprofessionalism we experienced. On a foot note we did go look at the Hyundai that night. My girlfriend and slept on it and decided we really did not like it after test driving it and began leaning toward the Honda Accord. Saturday morning she did end up buying a car and yes, It was a Honda Accord! just not from Kenosha Honda.... Rob L. More

Honesty and Integrity Anthony is a great salesman, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking to find a car but doesn’t want the stereotypical “pressured salesman breathi Anthony is a great salesman, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking to find a car but doesn’t want the stereotypical “pressured salesman breathing over your neck.” He’s a gentleman first and a salesman second. If you need help to learn what options there are, he’ll be the first to walk away and gather information for you without the hassle. He’ll try his best to squeeze the bottom dollar to make the deal work, and he’ll not stop until he can negotiate what you’re needing or he’s found a suitable alternative with even more options to make the deal work. I like that he’s a family man, and he brings those core values to his profession. Not many salesmen truly invest in a customer to maintain a friendship. Sadly, most get the signed papers and move on to the next sale. Not Anthony. He always offers a smile and a firm handshake with the sincere interest in how your life is going. When you enter a negotiation with Anthony on a sale, you’re not crafting a contract, you’re molding a relationship. He knows this and respects the value of it. This attention to relationship-based marketing is a dying trend in the automotive industry, but Anthony proves that it’s not dead yet. Terrible after sale service I went out of my way to this dealership because I knew a salesman here who I trusted. He did not pressure me and helped me find a car I liked I spent I went out of my way to this dealership because I knew a salesman here who I trusted. He did not pressure me and helped me find a car I liked I spent 20 percent more than I budgeted because I wanted something reliable and comfortable. When the car was purchased it had a chip in the windshield which it was agreed satfelite would be sent to my job to repair the crack. After almost 2 weeks of hearing nothing I e-mailed to ask about the service and was told they are working on it. In the mean time the weather got very cold and the chip became a full blown crack across 3/4 of my windshield to start December. I sent pictures along with leaving numerous voicemails to staff letting them know my windshield would need to be replaced. A week later safelite shows up to my job to do a repair and when the employee sees the crack he tells me he does not have a windshield for me he was sent to repair a chip. I called the dealership again and after a few tries got an e-mail stating I agreed to drive the vehicle back to the dealer for repairs (which was a lie) I forwarded all e-mails between me and the staff back to this individual showing That not only did I never agree to that but multiple employees had even acknowledged that service was supposed to be sent to me. The reason behind me now having to drive to the dealership was because it would cost the dealer too much to send someone to replace a windshield it is more expensive than fixing a chip. I explained to the gentleman that because of my work schedule and picking up kids and coaching I did not have the time to do this on a week day it is a 50 minute drive for me and I was asked to drop my car off overnight which is 50 minutes there and back twice, and also had it been taken care of right away we would not be in this situation where I need a brand new windshield. That gentleman stoped responding to my e-mails and never responded to one voicemail that I left. Now my issue is that any time I call I can never get a hold of anyone. And when I do they make like they are doing something but nothing ever happens. 6 days ago I was finally contacted and was told that I could set up an appointment to get it done at this point I am tired of fighting I told the gentleman what days I could move things around to be free he said he would get things scheduled and call me back but guess what... you guessed it I have not heard back and the days I told him I could get it in have now passed. I tried to call again today and was directed to a voicemail which I did not bother to leave this time. Here I sit almost 2 months after buying my vehicle with a huge crack running across my windshield. It is frustrating that I have to keep calling and calling and calling to get what the dealership told me they would give me. I guess contracts only work one way....good luck with your car buying experience. More
