I'm a little concerned because Joe tried to charge me $150 to have my transmission fluid changed. There was another employee there that checked me out and said that he charged the wrong price. Terrible experience, rushed to buy my car - they gave me auto butler when I didn’t want it. I will never buy a car here. I wasn’t taken serious because I’m young and a female. Typical Car Dealer Experience First....I believe not advertising the correct price is purposely deceptive. If you add accessories, please just advertise the price with them. The relationship is already skewed when you are deceived within 5 minutes. 2nd....it should not take 5 hours to buy a car 3rd....empower your sales team so they don’t waste my time and yours with this “captain may I crap“ 4th....don’t say you’ll take a $995 price discount to earn the business and then only $300 4th part 2...don’t say you’ll add the extended warranty and then pretend there was a misunderstanding that will add another $1300 5th...no matter what....the house always wins and two hours later....I realize how screwed I am.
