Rose, I am sorry that you feel that we were not transparent with you. We offer AS-IS vehicles to customers who want to buy a fixer upper or want to do the reconditioning themselves. We did provide to you a WI Buyers Guide disclosing various issues that was found during the inspection, which also included in stating that further diagnostics would be required and not completed by us. Also the buyers guide stated that components may fail or break in the future. This buyers guide was presented to you and signed by yourself, thus completing the AS-IS sale.
