The service provider, Joe V is very knowledgeable and provides great advice. My Hondas are in great shape after several years of ownership thanks to the great service I've gotten from Joe and Honda of K provides great advice. There's a Honda dealership closer to my home but I wasn't satisfied with the level of service I got there. After being dissatisfied with that dealership, I decided to try HoK. Once I tried HoK and experienced their service, I never went back to the dealership that is closer to my home. Based on the care and service HoK provides, it's worth the extra 10 minutes of driving to get to Honda of Kenosha. More

I went in for oil change and asked if they can also provide estimate on passenger side burned out DRL LED light. I was extremely pleased to hear that Honda will take care of it although the car has pa provide estimate on passenger side burned out DRL LED light. The customer service representative ordered the parts and replaced the light the next week. More
