I had a great experience. Eric listened to my situation, understood what I needed to make a decision, and helped me find the right car. I did not feel pressured in any way and I feel happy about my purchase. He even checked in with me a few times afterwards to make sure even after the sale, I was still satisfied. It is a difficult time to purchase a car as a consumer with high demand and interest rates. This was one of the few dealers I went to where I didn’t feel like the price on the sticker is just what it is and if I don’t buy it, someone will just buy it tomorrow. I wouldn’t recommend the service department to anyone because they say you have thousand of dollars in repairs when in reality they just want you to spend more money. The cars they sell are not checked because they say you have thousand of dollars in repairs when in reality they just want you to spend more money. The cars they sell are not checked to the “Honda” standard. I have gotten 3 cars from here and the two previous cars have been lemons and when you confront them about it they can’t even look you in the eye. It seems like they’re lying about a lot of things and when you go there with a warranty on file they will act like there isn’t one and try to charge you full price for something without doing their job. It wasn’t until my husband came with me each time that they decided to work on things. If you’re a woman never go to a car dealer alone because they will try and screw you over. I was happy this time around that the manager Mousa and the salesman Tyler really took the time to help me with my car. I appreciate them both because this review is for the service department and not the actual sales. More
