H. Ertel Inc. responded

Met with Mr. Donald Rees and General Manager on this Issue. I apologized to Mr. Rees for not bringing my complaint to his attention first and giving him opportunity to eliminate the problem. He and Store Manager and Service Manager all assured me this problem will be taken care of to my complete satisfaction. Am waiting for correct color material to arrive, so they can make the repair early next week. Fully expect this will solve my concern based upon their sincere statements and efforts; (including free rental car).
