Someone has yet to follow up with me to do the undercoating work. Having checked with another dealer it looks like the coating has already been applied. Donald wasn't interested in negotiating, had to send moosa over to do so. When I walked into your service area 3 times in a week I was not greeted for 15 minutes. I had no idea if anyone (besides the customers) even saw me or cared that I was there.
