My plan wasn’t to buy a car while I was at the dealership. I was just stopping in to test drive a car I’d seen on line. After sitting down with Jaren Larue and the general manager, we were able to dealership. I was just stopping in to test drive a car I’d seen on line. After sitting down with Jaren Larue and the general manager, we were able to work out a great deal and I ended up leaving with the car I was only going to test drive. Exceptional experience until we entered the business office with the finance manager and delivery of paperwork for the vehicle. No title to the vehicle was provided and 5 days later, we still have not h office with the finance manager and delivery of paperwork for the vehicle. No title to the vehicle was provided and 5 days later, we still have not heard a word from them. We have no title to pay property tax and no owners manuals to a brand new vehicle. More

They’ve processed my visits with minimal delay and have always checked for any other unnoticed problems that may be non-symptomat important customer! Made a trade. Paid off the wrong vehicle, made accounts delinquent, hard to reach the GM, and sent off the wrong amount for payoff.
