At my arrival, Amber was polite and very clear, explained everything completely. She kept me informed as to progress and completion time. The person who serviced my car was thorough and I was happy with the job done. Although it was an expensive visit, I felt confident going back home. A job well done by all.

It is amazing how consistently great the staff is at Jefferson City Honda. From the reception, through updates on the work, the costs covered as they progressed through the repair, to the final check out. Zack, service advisor, delivered the Passport to me, showing the repairs done. They always return the car without any signs that they had been there. No finger prints either!!

Their svc dept helped our 2001 Odyssey reach 1/3 million miles on Labor Day! I took bagels to them to celebrate. :o)

I really like dealing with the service department. It is easy to make appointments and their communication before,during and after the appointment is very good.
