I usually receive same day appointments and the maintenance is completed during the estimated time frame. The Service Desk staff are knowledgable, polite and efficient. Maintenance technicians are miracle workers as they have kept my 13 year old Odyssey running smoothly and safely. The van has 140K miles and I expect to drive it for another 60K. I highly recommend Honda of Jefferson City. I’ve used other dealerships during my 13 years or ownership and Honda of Jefferson City is by far the best.
