I didn’t work with any of the sales people mentioned, I worked with Cliff and Taylor who were excellent and attentive. The process of trading in my vehicles and buying the Jeep was something I never want t worked with Cliff and Taylor who were excellent and attentive. The process of trading in my vehicles and buying the Jeep was something I never want to go through again, the sales manager was (not Josh) was greedy, I do feel that I was taken advantage of with my traded vehicles. I will never buy a car from that dealership again , I understand that is the nature of cars sales, which is why they have such bad reputations. The guy that did the paperwork was also not very professional and made me feel that the Jeep may fall apart after 35000 miles so I should buy the warranty. I’m so glad I work in a profession that is morally upright. I can’t imagine wanting to take advantage of people everyday, and be proud of it. Except for a Cliff and Taylor, my experience was very negative, as I stated above , I will never buy anything from Honda of Jefferson City again. More
