We purchased a used 2019 Honda pilot. We have been looking for this kind of a vehicle. Our first trip to Honda of Jefferson Davis, we were unlucky. They did not have what we were looking for. But our salesman Wes said he would keep his eyes open for us to see what he could find.. He was in contact with us every few days and would send pictures of the Honda pilot. Along wit Wes, the sales manager Steve was also in touch. They were not forceful at all. Two weeks ago he sent us a message and said he had found the perfect one for us. We are from Sedalia Missouri but decided to go up and look at it. We were driving it home later that day. We worked with Wes, Steve, and Devon. It was a pleasure working with all of them and they were fairy agreeable with us on our different negotiations. . I would highly recommend Honda Of Jefferson City to anyone looking for a vehicle. Very disappointed. No employee wore a mask. They had lots of pink balloons hanging from the ceiling. I am a breast cancer survivor. Their "show" of support was insulting because their behaviors (no mask) for of pink balloons hanging from the ceiling. I am a breast cancer survivor. The service department for the dealership will not honor service coupons purchased with a new car from the dealership. Be warned when these coupons are forced on you when purchasing a vehicle.
