recall Courteous had the part and was able to sch. an appt. easily. Had a shuttle to take us somewhere so we did not need to wait in the waiting room. Only complaint is I felt the price of changing the transmission fluid was out of line and declined the service. Shows it was changed when the car had approx. 45000 miles. Also from the report it showed the radiator assembly was replaced in 2011 and as I read it I was wondering why. More

James Lynch is our salesman and we find him to be the most honest and straightforward person we go to, when we need to change any of our cars; he has always guided us in the right direction and we are all very pleased with our purchases over the past 10 years. The staff members at this Honda in Jefferson City are very friendly, from the business office to the service department, you feel that they are there to help and assist you without the proverbial "cars salesmen pressure" you may experience elsewhere.
