James Lynch is our salesman and we find him to be the most honest and straightforward person we go to, when we need to change any of our cars; he has always guided us in the right direction and we are all very pleased with our purchases over the past 10 years. The staff members at this Honda in Jefferson City are very friendly, from the business office to the service department, you feel that they are there to help and assist you without the proverbial "cars salesmen pressure" you may experience elsewhere. I found out the noise was due to something under the hood not being hooked back up correctly. It makes me wonder if they even did the work that they charged me for. My customer service rep was very apologetic and courteous. I don't know whose responsibility it was to make sure the work was done on my vehicle correctly. More

My service tech, Broc Tellman, was able to determine there had been some recalls on the car and some service had been performed on the transmission. With the general inspection came some items that need additional attention. This car is for my granddaughter who is living a few hours away. It is much better to deal with issues I can plan for than have her car break down that far away. More
