Always treat me special. I have a Honda with 340,000 miles on it. The driver's seat is a sorry mess. The rest of the car has been my lifesaver. As I live at the Lake of the Ozarks during the sum Another Honda dealer where I purchased my 2015 Honda Odyssey indicated I needed a wheel alignment. As I live at the Lake of the Ozarks during the summer I went to Honda of Jefferson City to have the alignment preformed. They took the time to check my existing alignment and informed me that an alignment was not necessary. That counts high in my book that their honesty saved me money by not just aligning the car even though it was not required. I will keep Honda of Jefferson City in mind when I need service and when I am purchasing my next Honda Odyssey. More

about what I've come to expect. I took the car in for a recall fix on the airbag. When I made the appointment, I was told I would need to leave it for 2 hrs. When I dropped it off, I was asked if I was going to leave it most of the day. He said the 2 hrs was when they first started doing the recall fixes but I had just made the appt a few days before. He was able to get it done within the 4 hours that I was planning to leave the car so it worked out for me but I have talked with others who were not so lucky. Also, on the courtesy checklist, I was told I needed new brake pads ( which I did), but it indicated my tires were fine. Since I already had an appt with my normal mechanic to check into why my car was riding rougher than normal, I had him do the brake pads. He found that I needed rear tires. When he took them off, the steel belts were partially exposed on one tire & both tires had very worn treads (I viewed them myself). More

Service manager never contacted me I was very pleased with the gentlemen that are at the desk in the initial service area. They are attentive and pleasant. they do seem to be juggling a lot of functions which pulls them away from good customer service...answer phones, schedule service, collect payment, discuss options for service, etc. That is really not my complaint though. I have a problem with the service manager not contacting me about something I was concerned about and thought considered attention. Granted he may be on vacation but still some correspondence in a weeks time was warranted. I appreciate that the technicians tried to cut down on my cost but to leave my van with the plastic waded up in the seat and black from their hands and work area was sloppy and should have been cleaned back to the original state. Also, if you plan on publishing "lady's day" as a special it should be honored or at least considered if I brought my vehicle in for repair on Tuesday and was finished on the same day. I had to pay for this on Wednesday as they called at the end of the work day on Tuesday to notify me it was completed. So, needless to say I was not notified for granted the 10% off my service. I think at least some communication to the customer in a timely fashion would have scored a better review. I have purchased my vehicles from this location since I was 16 and just purchased a new accord this Spring. More
