Great Service! Brian Towne really helped me with my wife's Honda CRV and went above and beyond to help fix the issue. Will definitely do business with them again! He is extremely helpful, professional and courteous and does his job well. I don't appreciate; however, Honda recommending expensive services every time I pull my vehicle in just for a simple oil change. The recommendations seems to be out of control and ever increasing. Appreciate Kent and his great service. Don't appreciate the Honda or Corwin way. More
I felt like I was their only customer I would highly recommend this dealership. My salesperson was Ryne Armstrong. He listened to what I was looking for in a newer vehicle for myself. I I would highly recommend this dealership. My salesperson was Ryne Armstrong. He listened to what I was looking for in a newer vehicle for myself. I went in for one kind of vehicle and I came out with something this young man picked out for me to test drive and I was hooked by the time I got home with it. After having the vehicle for a short time--5 days I had to contact Ryne about a problem with my keys. He got it fixed the same day so when I told him the next time I would be in Jefferson City, all I had to do was go see him and the new key was waiting for me. The only thing that I had a small problem with was the amount of time it took for me to get through the paperwork and such once I had the financing through my own personal bank. I was there for close to two hours waiting to get the paperwork finished. More

They make me feel like I'm important to them. I purchased my 2009 Element in St. Louis at one of several Honda dealerships there. It was a difficult process for me, because I traded a 2005 Elemen I purchased my 2009 Element in St. Louis at one of several Honda dealerships there. It was a difficult process for me, because I traded a 2005 Element for the 2009 model, and during our negotiations, the dealership essentially spoke out of both sides of its mouth. On one hand the salesman kept telling me the 2009 Element would hold its resale value much better than other cars ... and yet the dealership was refusing to allow me a fair trade-in on my 2005 model. We were still $1,000 apart when I unhappily pointed out their conflicting messages to them ... and as I turned to walk away, they called me back and agreed with my terms. Even though I ultimately got a fair trade-in, it felt at the time that it had all simply been good sport for them. Unfortunately I found that same attitude to be prevalent during the three years of servicing that followed the purchase. I took my 2009 Element to the same dealership (close to where I lived) and never once did I feel that they cared one way or another for my business. They were less than friendly, and I did not feel confident in their service center. I knew I would never buy another vehicle from them, and I was fairly certain that did not matter to them. Three years ago I moved to Jefferson City. I did not visit Corwin Honda during the first two years, electing to have my service work done by other local entities instead. Then a year ago it became necessary for me to get service work done at Corwin (now Jefferson City Honda), and I was pleasantly surprised to find it to be a completely different experience from what I had encountered in St. Louis. Keith Hanson, the service manager, was excellent in every way, and I now have complete confidence and satisfaction in taking my vehicle there anytime I have issues, which is not very often of course. My most recent experience was working with Kent Hager, a service advisor, and I would rate his customer service skills and his general demeanor to be on par with those of Keith Hanson. He made me feel that at that time, my vehicle was his number one concern and I was his number one customer. I am very pleased with my experiences so far at Jefferson City Honda, and for the first time in many years ... I feel fortunate to have a relationship with an excellent Honda dealer and service department at my fingertips. For me this is no small thing since over the past 30 years, I have owned one Pilot, one Odyssey, three Elements, two CRVs, one Accord, and two Civics. I have one last thought for Honda. Bring back the Element. It is the most perfectly engineered utility vehicle on the road and I'm still disappointed that 2011 was its last year. I have hauled couches, freezers, roll top desks, multiple recliners at one time, and just about everything else in my Element. If I didn't know better, I would almost believe you could put one Element inside of another, they're so intelligently engineered. As it stands now, I figure I will have to put around 500,000 miles on the one I have, which means I have to keep it in excellent mechanical condition for another 399,000 miles. Thanks Jefferson City Honda. John Hempe Jefferson City, MO More
