We won't be back We bought our Honda CR-V here in 2013. When we brought the vehicle in for it's first service, the salesman who sold us the vehicle was calling us FROM We bought our Honda CR-V here in 2013. When we brought the vehicle in for it's first service, the salesman who sold us the vehicle was calling us FROM the dealership trying to see if we wanted to buy a newer vehicle. The CR-V wasn't even 6 months old at that point. Every time we have brought the vehicle in for service that was scheduled ahead of time this has happened. Now we no longer schedule the service. And this time, after our last service coupon ran out, we won't be back. What was especially disappointing was that the person who checked me out told us that we would be receiving a survey regarding our visit and that IF we gave them 100% on their survey then we would receive a significant discount on our next service. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? So you aren't really interested in the feedback your customers really have, you're only interested in making sure your dealership looks good. That's a pathetic excuse for customer service. More
