Radio needed down load to work I was advised that download was not available for my vehicle they could not find problem. I then advise what the problem was again he then what got on I was advised that download was not available for my vehicle they could not find problem. I then advise what the problem was again he then what got on the computer and checked for a download and found what was needed. I was never advising that there was a cost associated with this not until after we were ready to leave I was advised that the problem was fixed with a new downloaded but the cost was for $65 at which time I advice I had the protection plan but he said that did not cover this type of repair. I was not happy with this situation. More

We still had not decided in December of 2016 so we postponed our buying decision until February. John periodically followed up with us in a courteous but friendly manner. John contacted us in February 2017 and we made an appointment to test drive a CRV and an Accord. Based up our evaluation of the CRV and the Accord, and John's excellent knowledge of both vehicles, we decided to purchase the CRV. John did an excellent job and explained all of the technology. More

Bought new Pilot I knew what I wanted to buy and I needed to trade a 2014 Acura RDX which was in excellent condition. After some discussion we came to agreement on price and trade value and then the dealership found the exact color and model I wanted and had it delivered to the dealership. We are very happy to have our new Pilot Touring in Silver with gray interior. More
