Kurt was a great sales person, gave us a very informative test drive, and patiently answered all of our questions. Troy and Charlie helped us with the finances, and the dealership gave me a fair price for my trade-in. I like their service department, and I plan to bring my truck there for service. I highly recommend JC Honda to anyone looking to purchase new vehicle. More

Very satisfied I purchased a 2015 CR-V Touring and have really enjoyed it. My wife was driving a 2013 Accord Sport and was really satisfied with it but found the CR I purchased a 2015 CR-V Touring and have really enjoyed it. My wife was driving a 2013 Accord Sport and was really satisfied with it but found the CR-V was easier to get in/out of and was also easier to see out of for her driving purposes. Also, it is nearly as economical to drive. The sales person I dealt with for the 2015 CR-V knew I wanted my wife to have a CR-V but was extremely patient with me (not pushy) and let me know that he was there for me when he was needed. That was what led me back to this particular sales person. Had he been aggressive or pushy (contacting me numerous times, etc.) I would have considered another Honda dealership for my purchase. As it stands now, my wife has a new 2017 CR-V EXL and really loves it. Also, the service department has been wonderful and both she and I trust them completely.. We were shown all the details and functions of the new CR-V in a detailed and professional manner. We are now a two CR-V family and very pleased. More

I send emails and talk over phone to several dealers. After 2 rounds the best option was Jefferson City Honda. We agreed in the price, asked if there were any hidden fees or something, and agreed on a date to pick up the car. I made an initial deposit of $500. When I arrived the service was exceptional, the car was ready and the sales rep was very careful to explain to us all the details about the car, functionalities and main features. Good popcorn and ice cream available for free. Overall great experience !! More

I was introduced to Kurt Loftin t I have a 2006 Honda Civic I brought to the dealership to have it checked over as I ran into a ditch missing a deer. I was introduced to Kurt Loftin to look at a Honda CRV, Kurt took me out in the new 2017 CRV EX. I loved the vehicle but wasn't ready to make the purchase at that time. Kurt was so kind and so helpful and he told me to text him or call with any questions. Every time I would think of a question he was always there to answer it for me. After a time I decided to go one step up to the CRV EXL. Kurt was never pushy always helpful and a great salesman to deal with. I called him one day and ask him if he had the vehicle in white and made an appointment to go up and drive it. My husband and I went up to Jeff City, drove the white vehicle, came back to the Dealership and ask Kurt, where do we sign. I love my CRV and would recommend Kurt Lofton. More

Worst experience ever!!! I live in colorado and found one of this dealerships vehicles online for sale (Hummer H3T) I talked to the salesperson and and worked out the details I live in colorado and found one of this dealerships vehicles online for sale (Hummer H3T) I talked to the salesperson and and worked out the details and flew to MO October 25th, 2017. The vehicle was advertised as excellent condition and I asked them to double check everything before I got there as I didn't want any issues since I would be driving the vehicle back to Colorado. When I got there I opened the hood and could smell antifreeze, looked at the dex-cool tank and its empty. Asked the salesperson he said it was fine nothing was wrong. Took it on the test drive and the radiator blew.. Had to wait overnight for them to replace the radiator so we could leave the next day. Made it 100 milles before breaking down in Odessa, MO because the dealerships mechanic didn't properly seat a transmission line on the truck, lost 4 qts of transmission fluid. Had to stay another night in MO and the only place to stay was a literal roach motel. Next day got the line re-attached at the local Philips 66 and I was on the road again only to find out that my transmission was slipping and had been ruined. This dealership did pay to have my transmission replaced but they refused to provide transportation and left me stranded for 2 weeks while my vehicle was being fixed. Then they delayed payment to the dealership in Colorado and I couldn't pick my vehicle up. I never got any apologies or calls from the service manager. I have only driven this vehicle for 4 days as of today and have had this vehicle for 1 month and 5 days. I am so appalled for the customer service and professionalism of this company. I called them today to try to rectify this whole thing instead of posting this because when I went to register my vehicle yesterday I was told sales tax was not paid and I had negotiated that into the asking price. Jeff City Honda basically told me to pound sand. Hey! 👋🏻 Jeff City Honda!! You know the worst thing about this whole situation is that all of this was caused by the ignorance of the service department that looked over this vehicle before advertising for sale . The second we opened the hood you could tell the radiator had been leaking. Dex cool tank was empty.. then you “attempt” a radiator replacement and forgot to seat a transmission line. Double checking your work is very important. It is not my fault I needed a new transmission. It is 100% your fault that this happened and then I’m supposed to be grateful you replace the transmission like it’s out the kindness of your heart. No one called to apologize the sales manager communicated with everyone but me. I left many messages but not a word back. You left me stranded for two weeks without a vehicle because you felt the transmission was good enough. I’m appalled at the lack of empathy!!! More
