He was very attentive to what I wanted in a vehicle, and was very thorough in reviewing all the features of the vehicle with me . I made an appointment and returned to dealership the following Monday to have some things done to the car that were purchased during the sale, and Tyler in Service was a pleasure to work with as well. The only complaint I have is that when returning on Monday for the 1:00 appointment for work that was to take two hours, the work was not started until about a half hour before I arrived to pick up the vehicle and it was not ready. I then had to return again on Friday for the work to be completed. More

Tyler Swetnam was a great advisor. Tyler is one of the best service men that I have ever dealt with. He communicates with me via text messaging which is great for me.
