Great service when I needed it! My tire pressure light came on and they got me right in to check it out. While I was there I also got a needed oil change. Long wait till with appointment First of all the chat is horrible. We have been chatting with them for two or three weeks. They told us they'd send the request to the service departm First of all the chat is horrible. We have been chatting with them for two or three weeks. They told us they'd send the request to the service department and someone would be in touch. This never happened so I had to call. We scheduled the appointment and still had to wait an hour and a half for an oil change. We should not have to wait that long when we have an appointment. The service guy was great, but my husband had to reset my odometer. The price was perfect because it was my free oil change. I won't be back for another as I'm not waiting an hour and a half for an oil change. This is what I'd expect at Walmart or as a walk in, not with an appointment. More
