Poor Service Chris My name is Mike and I purchased my 2018 Honda CR-V Touring Edition in October 2019. I got your name from a friend at the company I work for cu Chris My name is Mike and I purchased my 2018 Honda CR-V Touring Edition in October 2019. I got your name from a friend at the company I work for currently and wanted to get in touch with you about the recent service I had with Jefferson City Honda. I worked with Bryce (not sure of the spelling so I apologize ahead of time) in the Service Department. I had my first new car oil change, tires rotated and I also had a couple of stone chips in my windshield. All was completed except 1 of the stone chips so I contacted Bryce to let him know and I was told there was only 1 stone chip and it was repaired (that part is correct). The 2nd stone chip was not repaired and I called and gave him that information along with a crack due to that chip not being repaired the first time around. Bryce also setup an appointment for a company Honda's uses to repair windshields for you all and when I explained to the lady what it was, she contacted Bryce that day. I called her back the next day and said I needed to speak with Bryce about the windshield because originally Bryce told me on the phone that they would fix my windshield. Talking with Bryce again, he told me that I would have to pay $1200.00 to have them replace and re-align all the sensors because they couldn't fix that stone chip that was missed the first time around. I was not and still am not very happy with the service I received because now I have to fork out $1200.00 for the windshield and align the sensors too. Bryce told me that his service manager would call me and I said OK and I hung up on Bryce because I was that angry and didnt want to say anymore. That was two weeks ago and I have not received any calls from anyone. I told Bryce that I would not be doing anymore business with Honda of Jefferson City due to this incident. The only respectful service I received was from the sales person I dealt with when I purchased the vehicle. I'm giving you this information so it does not happen to anymore of your customers. Thank you, Mike Chris, I know you are very well respected man by how my co-worker spoke so highly of you that is my whole reason for contacting you. The above message is from April 12, 2019 which you (Chris) called me about and then proceeded to give me excuses as to why your Service Manager never called me back. You also told me that you would call me back and I haven't heard back from you yet. I have left messages for you in May, June August and September in regards to my windshield and you still have not called me in regards to a solution. As of today, the crack has now increased into my viewing area on the drivers side and is causing issues. My next step is to contact the Honda corporation as nothing has been done by you to fix this problem since I purchased this vehicle brand new from your dealership. Mike This is in regards to the Jefferson City, Missouri dealership. Service is terrible to say the least. More

Of course I did but it was nice that he didn’t assume it and do something without permission. Great experience!!!! More
