New Odyessey We bought our new Honda Odyessey online from Jason Waterman. He was very easy to work with and always responded quickly. The only downside was they didn’t have all the paper work together that we needed to sign. Brian in finance emailed us the paperwork for signature in doing that he emailed our personal information without encrypting his email. That was concerning. Just bought the thing??? Bryce in service is so professional, kind and bonus, adorabl I had the 100,000 mile service and since I am from lake, I asked for loaner. I knocked out some serious Christmas shopping, and called my debit card I had the 100,000 mile service and since I am from lake, I asked for loaner. I knocked out some serious Christmas shopping, and called my debit card to up balance knowing this was going to be expensive, fo allow for shopping...so when i got back of course card would not go through..My phone had 2% battery, so other service man loaned me his charger...3rd slide credit was approved, Bryce has the patience of a saint..Great face for the service dept. More
