Julie, the front assistant was helpful. But the actual mechanic working on the car didn’t seem to listen to my requests or information concerning my vehicle. When I dropped my Honda Pilot off my starter worked, when I picked it up, it no longer worked. No attempt was made to explain or to share the cost of the repair of my starter. That was disappointing.
