I purchased a car from Rick at Honda of Frontenac. On my first visit, he helped me zero-in on good car options, but I didn't find anything that day. I purchased a used vehicle from Rich. I spoke with him when I needed a vehicle quickly after my son slid off the road and hit a tree. The car was clean and within my budget. Rich never pressured me and was always honest with me concerning the vehicles he researched. He felt this was the best vehicle within my price range, and, after test driving it, I had to agree! I purchased it! My son is still using my other vehicle because I chose to keep this one for myself! More
Recently purchased a 2011 Pilot. Ben was great to work with and I would highly recommend him if you are looking for a professional but no-pressure salesperson. I saw an ad on the internet and Mike did not play games with me. He was straght forward ans I got the deal as advertized. I was in an out of ther in less than an hour. When I walked into the dealership i was quite impressive that I was not bombarded with salesmen. When I have looked at other dealerships I felt trapped and walked out. I was looking for a used car for my daughter within a certain price range. When i got there Rich greeted me and introduced himself. He was groomed and very professional. What I liked about his approach with me he was not pushy. he asked me questions regarding budget, who will be driving it and the type if vehicle I was looking for. We sat down and he found some cars within my price range. I test drove a few that i thought my daughter would really like. After we went back inside he worked up some numbers for me. I told him that I would need to speak with my daughter who was away at college. He thanked me for coming in. i was extremely impressed with his follow up phone call. Unfortunatly she had found another car where she attends college. i would highly recommend Frontenac Honda and Rich. he seems very honest and that is what is really important with me when looking for a car. After having a negative experience with a different dealership, I walked into Honda of Frontenac not expecting much. I was blown away with the service, friendliness and straight forward approach of Mik dealership, I walked into Honda of Frontenac not expecting much. Not only was I able to purchase the car I had been looking at, but I was out of the dealership with the new car in less than two hours. Randol is TRULY an ASSET to this dealership. Randol went ABOVE and BEYOND to make this deal happen. It wasn't about numbers for him...it was all about us. We took our car into Frontenac Honda after hearing some strange noises when turning. It was quickly diagnosed as a problem with the axle as well as a leaking transmission seal. The work was completed while we waited and there was no charge as the warranty was still in effect. The service was wonderful and I would recommend them to everyone. More
Salesperson (Martin Kingsbury) was top notch and easy to deal with. The new 2011 Ridgeline I bought could have been a little cleaner at delivery. Trunk was a bit dirty and there were some glue smudges on various parts of the exterior and a black smudge of some sort on the back seat (leather). It also had a few more miles on it than they initially indicated...it came from a dealer pretty far away from the guys I bought it from. I have since used the free car wash service twice....seems to do a pretty good job but if your car was super dirty (muddy from off roading for example) you might need to go somewhere else. They do not vacuum the inside of the car but they do armor-all the tires. I have not used their oil change service or other services yet but they come highly recommended by friends who have been coming to this dealership for service for years. It appears the personel are the same as when the Hueys owned it....and that is a good thing. More
