I had our car in for routine maintenance and Pat noticed that I needed brakes and a few other minor things. Pat took the time to explain the repairs and gave me a fair price. My experience with Honda frontenac was very positive. Tim Devine worked with me on the phone and in person to give me a very special deal on a 2012 Civic. He also tinted my windows for free! I was planning on bringing my car in for an oil change, but stopped at the License bureau to update my plates first. At the License office I found out I needed an emissions inspection, too. I went to Honda of Frontenac for an Express oil change. Randy in the service department came out to meet me. I told him I wanted an oil change and asked if they could do the emissions inspection. I figured that was a different part of the shop, but he told me he would see what he could do. Thirty minutes later, my car was ready with an oil change, emissions inspection and a car wash (which I didn't ask for). I appreciated that Randy took the time to help me out and save me another trip in. More

I gave this rating because Mr.Johnston made the purchasing of our new 2012 Civic a pleasureable experience. Usually buying a new car is a horrible time for us, but for the first time we actually ha purchasing of our new 2012 Civic a pleasureable experience.
