Attempted to purchase new vehicle from Frontenac Honda. Salesman was great to work with and I certainly had no problems during the initial purchasing process. One problem after another surfaced when the Fi Salesman was great to work with and I certainly had no problems during the initial purchasing process. One problem after another surfaced when the Finance Department became involved in the process. Upon being provided the wrong contact information pertaining to the credit bureau used by Honda Financial one concern after another occurred. For some unknown reason (as I was provided with a variety of explanations) the finance department was not willing or did not care about correcting the situation they created. On a side note making this incident more unbelievable, I have excellent credit and approval for any car loan processes immediately when submitted properly. Five days later after forty plus text messages and a dozen additional phone calls to Frontenac Honda, attempting to close the deal, I walked from the deal. The next morning walked into another Honda dealership located in south St. Louis County and purchased the same vehicle (different color) for less money and not a single headache in the process. I have purchased numerous new and used vehicles over the past forty years and have never been treated so poorly by any dealership in the past. More

We spent the entire day together...with her help and professional advise. Her personality is one of genuine concern and she had an explicit answer for all of my many questions. By the end of the day I bought a most wonderful car. Justin Milantoni assisted me with the finances. Justin is a personable, young man who is willing to help one establish a reasonable loan.
