Mr. Brown asked if he could see the recall letter so he could better understand the options afforded me by the Ford Corporation. After reveiwing the letter in explain to me that I would have to notify the dearlership for a replacement or exercise my right to arbitration for a settlement that would not affect my credit in which case I would be free to purchase a vehicle at Honda of Frontenac. Mr. Brown's sincerity and honesty help restore my confidence in the auto industry, that is sorely lacking in intregrity. Once I complete my business with my Ford dearler I fully intend on paying Mr. Brown a visit so we can go over my finances toward a vehicle purchase. I feel confident he will do right by me. More

He was so xxxx rude to me and in the middle of me telling him my issues, he interrupted me and "Hey! Are you going to stop talking now so i can talk?" I couldnt believe it? So i wanted to speak to his manager but nothing apparently gets passed him.. So now ONLY because of this Nick guy, will i never come back nor recommend anyone to do business with this company! I felt so little when he raised his voice to me.. i told my husband and he was livid! But instead of coming up there he told me to right a review so thats what im going to do! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!! More

When checking the tire pressure in the spare today as routine maintenance, I found a spare tire that has serious tread wear on it, and worse, a plug patch on the tread. So they sell a new car and install a USED spare, that had been patched. Not cool. They have not offered to replace it for a new spare. And for the dishonesty and my trouble, I expect them to be seriously trying to get this fixed soon. More
