I phoned one of your sales representatives to inquire about a recall on my 2016 Ford Focus purchased at another dealership and to find out about a pos I phoned one of your sales representatives to inquire about a recall on my 2016 Ford Focus purchased at another dealership and to find out about a possible trade. Mr. Brown asked if he could see the recall letter so he could better understand the options afforded me by the Ford Corporation. After reveiwing the letter in explain to me that I would have to notify the dearlership for a replacement or exercise my right to arbitration for a settlement that would not affect my credit in which case I would be free to purchase a vehicle at Honda of Frontenac. Mr. Brown's sincerity and honesty help restore my confidence in the auto industry, that is sorely lacking in intregrity. Once I complete my business with my Ford dearler I fully intend on paying Mr. Brown a visit so we can go over my finances toward a vehicle purchase. I feel confident he will do right by me. More
