He loves his car and know I will love my HRV as much as he loves his Accord. We are very happy with the Internet prices April got us as well as the other discounts for assessories like all weather car mats. April is friendly and trustworthy. We feel confident that she would get us the best deals and never screw us over. We also wanted to say that we are very happy with the Honda of Frontenac service manager Dan. We got a repair estimate for our 2002 CRV and were charged for it. We had never been charged for an estimate before and expressed our displeasure to Dan. Not only did he waive the cost but he didn’t charge us for a lug nut that his staff replaced. He was also honest and told us it was not worth to get repaired through them as the repair cost was more than our car is worth and he agreed to send us names if cheaper repair places. Our only complaint is that we spent too much time waiting at the dealership because April’s computer is old and therefore way too slow. It took over an hour after we agreed to buy the car. Not only was the computer system too slow but it also crashed several times. The dealership needs to man up and buy decent computers for the sales staff like it has done for the financing department. Customer’s time is valuable and should not be discounted. More
