Scammers, dishonest, and bait & switch! Avoid this place! Scammers! Def bait & switch used. Was told a price verbally and in text and both parties agreed upon and when I got into dealership and Michael Barnet Scammers! Def bait & switch used. Was told a price verbally and in text and both parties agreed upon and when I got into dealership and Michael Barnett started to write the deal up and enter into computer on the 2018 Honda Accord I was purchasing, I noticed the figure on the paperwork was Def not what we both agreed upon and when I brought it up to Michael he stated " oh your right. Let me go talk to my mgr bc I don't know what that's all about." So low and behold here comes the sales mgr , Mark with Michael to talk to me and of course I'm thinking here we go with the xxxxxxxx talk/jargon and can you believe that first of all, I wasn't going to notice that $600 increase on the paperwork than what we both agreed upon and I even told Michael verbally and in text that " I don't want to waste your time and don't want my time wasted. This is what I will pay for your car and if you can do that, then great, but if you can't, that's fine too. Just let me know!" His exact words were "my mgr said yes $25k is fine. Get on in here!" after he fig out what I would take and screwed me on my trade on my Acura TL bc I didn't do my homework on my trade in as much as I did on Accord I was purchasing. So, back to the mgr coming back to desk I was sitting at and giving me this long line of xx about well after looking into it we are actually losing money and etc etc and I was like ok no problem and grabbed my purse to leave, and he was like " ok can we meet in middle?" Well after dealing with them/this on and off for days and being there for awhile and just wanted it done and over, I agreed to it. Total Bait & Switch tactic! Then they lost the sec set of keys to the car I was purchasing when I clearly seen that on the desk minutes earlier so I have to bring car back in to have keys made for second set and btw... when I do that, and take off work to do this.. I'm told 10 min later by Michael Barnett that they can't do it today bc They ordered one or got one that didn't have auto start on it. Then the sales mgr that sat and talked to me just not even week or 2 before and done already argued with him on phone which he was very unprofessional and I'm pretty straight up so you think he would of remembered me lol but he calls me and says hi ms Dickens I was just calling to see how your visit was when you were here and what we can do to get you in one of our vehicles. Lol... I said ummm I'm assuming you don't remember who I am but I already unfortunately bought a car from you and not pleased at all with how it all went down etc and he stated " oh yah your the one with the twins that wrestle? I'm sorry I just go down a list and I guess forgot to check you off!" Let's not fail to mention that when I called the sales mgr about the key issue bc Michael, salesman told me it would take a week for new key to come in AGAIN and it was almost 3-4 wks now and haven't heard from anyone and he proceeds to tell me that to tell you the truth Ms Dickens we don't have to even give you another set of keys anyway bc it is not a brand new car. Lol... it was a 2018 with 4-5k miles on it and not to mention I just seen the second set of keys on the desk that eve dec 2018 I sat at that desk and excuse me?? Then he got all flustered and started yelling " look I just dropped off 3 screaming kids at school, and I can't even think right now!" Wow!!!! Did you really just say that? I was so blown away that I just hung up. Don't let me fail to mention that Michael Barnett, salesman who signed back of card bc I wanted it in writing after what they just pulled with the $600 so I wrote it out and Michael Barnett signed the back of his card that if I didn't like the Accord, I could trade in with a few wks bc I came there initially for a CRV but they didn't have one on lot that I wanted and Michael showed us this car and I took it for a spin and nice car and really liked it but quickly realized it was terrible on gas mileage and terrible in snow (like 1-2" of snow) just too big and again realized I needed AGAIN a CRV AWD so I found one on lot I liked, and then the sales mgr & Michael tells me that I already lost if I can remember correctly (bc this all happened last Wk of Dec/first Wk of Jan) $4000 dollars! Yes, you heard that right! $4k with 2 wks and less than 200 miles put on it and not to forget a promissory note that I wouldn't lose any money if I traded it back in for a CRV AWD but here I lost 4K already lol.. what a joke! Not most honest dealership, def scammers, and Bait & switch used. I called and spoke with Gen Mgr / owners son I believe and he appeased me with acting as if he was going to help me with his verbiage and in fact turned it over to another mgr (Ron)lol and it was just a big fiasco. They didn't do anything and knew they weren't from beg but wasted a lot of my time. I fig he would of attempted to at least make it right bc they knew it wasn't right but they didn't and I just let it all go bc I did not have the time to cont to mess with it. More

In and out with no hassle I knew more or less what I wanted, and Wendy was very helpful getting me into a car, giving it a drive, and then getting it out and everything done in I knew more or less what I wanted, and Wendy was very helpful getting me into a car, giving it a drive, and then getting it out and everything done in a very reasonable time frame. If I had questions or had wanted to try more I could have, but I mostly just wanted to be in and out and that was exactly what I wanted. More
