Baby Red makes it home. I knew I wanted a red Fit EX, and Patty Robinson at Honda of Frontenac set about making it happen. There were a few bumps in the road, but eventually I knew I wanted a red Fit EX, and Patty Robinson at Honda of Frontenac set about making it happen. There were a few bumps in the road, but eventually Baby Red made it home. After driving a blue 2008 Fit for 12 years, I’m glad I renewed my vows with Honda. Now all I have to do is figure out the technology. Patty is helping with that, too. Baby Red had a busy day yesterday and is now resting in the garage. I’m sure our relationship will last 12 years and beyond! More

April knew I was still looking at other brands and did not pressure me into buying on the spot. Any questions I had in the mean time she was quick at responding. Looking at all my options, I inquired at other dealers and was told a "sale price and when I got there the "sales price" had hidden cost that were not mentioned in our exchange in emails, Frontenac Honda wasn’t very honest up front with cost and no hidden fees. The price I was told on the “internet sale” was the price of the vehicle. Financing is usually my least favorite part of purchasing a vehicle. Usually takes forever. We had Kyle as our finance assistant. He was fantastic. He did not pressure us into buying any warranties. He simply discussed them with us and explained each one and what was covered and let my husband and I discuss what was our best option for us. This was by far the easiest process. Buying our car has never gone so smoothly.I would definitely be back and would refer anyone to them, More

April best purchasing experience . . . Again !!! I first leased my Honda CR-V from April, the Internet Sales Manager, at Honda Frontenac, in August 2016. That was my first great experience !! April is professional, honest, and has always made herself available for me and anything I need. As time has gone by, it was time for me to either return my CR-V, purchase or lease another, or simply purchase my CR-V, which I LOVE ?? . She guided and counseled me in each scenario according to my needs and available resources. In my current situation, the best option for ME, was to exercise the Purchase Option for my existing leased CR-V. She even worked with her Finance Consultants shopping for me the best interest rate, which turned out to be much better than my own bank !! April was there for me again, watching out for me every step of the way and even cleaned and shined and vacuumed my CR-V and topped off my gas tank ! Great Service !! Please look no further than Honda Frontenac and call April if you are considering purchasing or leasing a new Honda. And, you can have your car washed any time, any day of the week !! All you have to do, is come in, hand your key to the receptionist, go to the Service waiting area, make a cup of my favorite Italian Roast coffee, get a cookie, escape for a few minutes, and sit and play on your phone !!!
