The appointment process was inefficient. I was not able to make one online as I usually do, but did so on the website chat option. I called to confirm when nobody from the dealership reached out. I called again and there was no record of my appointment, but the woman gave me an appointment. When I arrived there was no record of my appointment. The gentleman who helped me tried to do his best and I was finished in about 70 minutes. He explained that 1 1/2 hours is standard for an oil change. I think this is excessive, especially when you have an appointment. The wait has been long in the past for other services as well. More
