I went in for scheduled service appointment. I don’t recall service guy’s name we were wearing masks. Overall it was good service visit the rep explained the recall item fix I needed and gave a good tim recall service guy’s name we were wearing masks. Cole was super helpful and straightforward. I brought my new 2020 CRV which I got beginning of November. I was confused about the new feature which cuts the engine off while stopped at a light or in traffic. I was there a while as the car was c November. I was confused about the new feature which cuts the engine off while stopped at a light or in traffic. I was there a while as the car was checked. The service manager and service rep said that it’s working fine....it seems according to them there are 4 components that must work simultaneously in order for this feature to work???? I truly don’t know anything about this and still don’t understand. All I know is that in the past month of driving this feature only worked a couple of times tops. Thank goodness all else is good with the car and I must say the fellows I dealt with were nice. However, I will say that I would not rave about this feature to friends as I don’t think the feature is quit perfected. More
