Dishonest and dismissive. Called me to pick up the car without even seeing what service codes came up because "a vallet started the car and there were no lights on the dashboa Called me to pick up the car without even seeing what service codes came up because "a vallet started the car and there were no lights on the dashboard." Lied a few times. Said it was a battery issue since the car sat on the lot for a long time. NOT TRUE! I bought the car in May, 2023 the SAME DAY it arrived on your lot. The car systems shut down and does not accelerate for no reason at all. VERY BAD SAFETY HAZZARD!!!! They were also untruthful on the receipt. On the receipt it says, "Customer stated battery was dead." This is not true. I never said that. In fact, I don't think there was a battery issue at all. Spoke with manager (Luis Sousa) and while he is good at trying to smooth things over, my mind is not at ease and I have a fear of driving this car. This car has MAJOR safety issues. Extremely unhappy with this purchase that I paid top dollar for. Extremely unhappy with this dishonest service team. Honda once was synonymous with reliability and safety. This car has changed that perception for me. I let Denis know I would not be giving a 5 star review, so this should not come as a surprise. More
