2019 Honda Civic with 11k miles. Service contends a rock cut wire which set off all warning lights. I asked to see wire harness and it’s very apparent it was cut with a tool. The service rep was clearly sick and was about to throw up. This person should have been sent home immediately. I had to call them to check on the status of my car. Better customer service is expected when up. This person should have been sent home immediately. I had to call them to check on the status of my car. Better customer service is expected when you are spending close to $1K. No one is there to help so the receptionist gets yelled at by all of the customers because no one is following up in the service department. I would never by another car from this dealer. More
