Over the years we have purchased three Honda Accords at Honda of Freehold and have had them serviced there as well. Recently, the engine on our 2008 Accord had to be replaced after the car went over some heavy flying debris as my wife and I were driving on the New Jersey turnpike. We were extremely pleased with the service provided at Honda by Steve Mutchler, who worked with our insurance company to get agreed-upon estimates for the repair. He also followed up with them again when the starter failed, which they also covered. Steve kept us updated throughout the process and got us a reduced rate on a rental while our car was being fixed. The final repair cost was exactly in line with the estimate. Steve treated us as valued customers, which was quite impressive. More
