They have a new scam instead of pinstripes and window etching and add on's they try and make you buy, they have a dealer prep fee. Our prep fee was $1890! We were told every dealer charges this. I called etching and add on's they try and make you buy, they have a dealer prep fee. Our prep fee was $1890! We were told every dealer charges this. I called around to two Honda Dealers and they charge a dealer prep fee and one was $365 and the other around $500. They don't even deserve one star! The salesman was great UNTIL we found out about the scam. He also told us 72 hour satisfaction and when we wanted to return the car, we were told they don't offer that! More

I was sent a coupon for a $35 oil change and was charged $67. They toll me that I did not read the extra fine print.
