Needed to replace the drive shaft on my accord because of a recall. As it is COVID time, I didn’t want to sit in the waiting room. A nice man came to my home and picked up the car. Dealer forgot my insurance card despite me reminding him TWICE (once the day before he was scheduled to bring the car, and once the morning of the day) to please print it out and bring it with him since I d TWICE (once the day before he was scheduled to bring the car, and once the morning of the day) to please print it out and bring it with him since I do not have a place to print. He arrived hours after our scheduled meet up time without as much as a courtesy call or an apology. My monthly payment ended up being almost $20 more than what I was promised and didn't find out until I received my statement in the mail and could not argue it due to the fact that I had already signed the contract.
