I don't even understand how this place functions. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get the person you need on the phone. I got my car serviced. I was standing in front of my car without help for 20 minutes. Finally, IMPOSSIBLE to get the person you need on the phone. I got my car serviced. I was standing in front of my car without help for 20 minutes. Finally, the man working with me said it would be a few hours and that I'd be better off waiting at home. I dropped it off at 11:30AM. At 4:00PM, still no update. I called 9 times! No answer. Used 3 different options on the menu, plus the contact number on the man's card. I got transferred every time to a line that didn't answer. I had to show up there just to get any information about my car! We showed up and were told to wait a few more minutes. We waited a while longer and finally got it back at 5PM. The excuse was: "We give priority to customers who are waiting here." I couldn't believe it! Paid $200 and they didn't even tell me what they did to my car!!!! More

I am a regular customer of this service center. I took my CRV to the center because the engine light was on. I was charged $470.08 for replacement of spark plugs, air filter and system lean check. So, I took it back again and was told that fuel injectors would need to be replaced and that would cost over $600. So I took my CRV to different mechanic and the problem was fixed at much lower price (less than $470) when the airflow sensor was replaced. I feel cheated as I paid $470 without getting the problem fixed and asked to pay even more for fuel injector replacement. More
