Air conditioning poor. took it to Honda 4 or more times. I was lied to and I spent $ 800 dollors for what? I don't have good airconditiong and I was given a very hard time trying to get it fixed. They left my car run for 1'2 hour while I waited to say it was fixed. The Manager was in on this. why can't I get a refund??? My dog was suffocating in the summer even if, I just took him to grooming.I will never forget how I was treated and do not feel happy taking my car there for anything. I've been in the market for a 2013 Jeep Wrangler for a while, browsing on line, and decided to pull the trigger. I found a white one at Honda of Freehold so I called and spoke to someone who said "It's in while, browsing on line, and decided to pull the trigger. I found a white one at Honda of Freehold so I called and spoke to someone who said "It's in the garage and it will be ready tomorrow, we'll call you when it's done" (can't tell you how many times I heard that comment and it never turn out good, especially when they've had the car on their lot for a few weeks already). So tomorrow comes, and I never hear from them. Then next day I get a call and I'm told the car has something wrong with it that they can't fix, and it's going to auction. That said, here it is 3 weeks later and it's still on their website. I'd be very careful I have no idea what kind of games they are playing. More
