Very poor workmanship. I was told repair was complete. I paid and checked the repair before leaving the dealership and the repair was not done. Line Manager Eric Weaver told me he would call to tell me when paid and checked the repair before leaving the dealership and the repair was not done. Line Manager Eric Weaver told me he would call to tell me when the repair can be rescheduled and no call has been received. In addition, mr. Weaver was working in my car to correct the repair without a mask. I asked him to put a mask on, and he complied. Too many Honda employees walking around the service area without wearing masks. More

I had a horrible experience this time having my keep serviced. They tried to charge me for a new belt they replaced when the belt they took out was only a couple of months the old which they installed i serviced. They tried to charge me for a new belt they replaced when the belt they took out was only a couple of months the old which they installed in my hero in October where they charged me almost $40 more for the same belt. This is the very reason people don’t trust dealers because they are always trying to get over on innocent people except I’m a master mechanic and I’m not a unsuspecting and naive customer. I will not be using this dealership again More
