Horrible experience all around. When I brought my car in for recalls, it was immediately clear how disorganized the Service Center is. No one approached me to ask me anything. I had to find an associate to for recalls, it was immediately clear how disorganized the Service Center is. No one approached me to ask me anything. I had to find an associate to ask for help and then ask this associate again later about what I’m supposed to be doing. Nothing was explained. At no point in the entire process did anyone ask what my name was....There were multiple employees simply not wearing masks indoors. It was also not marked in my file that I needed a loaner car, which further prolonged this already hour-long process of dropping my car off. I was told the recalls would take “2-3 hours max.” Day after day went by with promises that it’ll be completed “tomorrow.” I had to call for every update. It ended up taking 4 days. I want to say I’d only come back to Freehold Honda only for required future recalls, but to be honest, I’ll likely drive further to another location. This service center functions as if they just opened last week for the first time. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 since the person working with me was always very polite. More
I don't particularly care for this dealership, but it is convenient to my house so I use it. Your service techs are not very bright in terms of customer service.
