I have called 5 times to schedule a recall service appointment on my Ridgeline. The first time I was transferred to Nick's phone, left a message never got a call back. Next 3 times spoke with a male appointment on my Ridgeline. The first time I was transferred to Nick's phone, left a message never got a call back. Next 3 times spoke with a male who said he would leave Nick a message, no call back. Today I called on their recall line and all the phone did was ring. The operator eventually picked up and transferred me back to service where it rang a couple of times then disconnected. Their mantra, Always better than the competition needs a lot of work. More

I took my car on a recall offer gas pump replacement car came back smelling gas took it back to the dealer and they told me I need to spend $3000 to remedy engine yellow light. I believe that was caused by wrong way installing the pump that wanted me to change Charcoal filter and everything that enclose with her gas tank emissions into the engine then I took my car out of there to a private garage come to find out the left all kind of dirt on top of the gas tank. They had to wash it unfortunately, I still have the yellow ligh I called the Honda USA representative and they told me shot of #Warranty I have to take it with a manager of freehold Honda by the way the manager freehold Honda wants to by my car then I decide never to take back my car to the dealer they don’t say the business More
