my car was washed poorly it had streaks and dirty spots all over i feel the car pulls every so often I don"t feel the alignment job was done well .There were dead leaves in the front hood and wonder h all over i feel the car pulls every so often I don"t feel the alignment job was done well .There were dead leaves in the front hood and wonder how they could have done all the inspections and left those leaves. The cost of the alignment was really much to high I checked other places and it was more then most other dealerships. But the offer of taking me to Marshalls and picking me up was a joke. I was told after an hour that they are on the way Well after two and a half hours a person finally came and said he had to take someone to Monroe If I realized I would have been there just waiting I feel your free service was a joke At 89 years young by the time I returned to the shop I was exhausted and just wanted to pay and leave The staff was gone so I never saw anyone to tell my concerns ..I decided then to not come back for your deal that ended up costing over 350.00 for a poor job. I have been a costumer many years. More
