I would rate all the service reps I have dealt with since I bought my Honda to be excellent in terms of the service provided and the positive environment they have provided. I know I have not received the q I bought my Honda to be excellent in terms of the service provided and the positive environment they have provided. I know I have not received the questionnaires recently due to some technical issues on your side, but this does not change my positive experiences I have received. I even received extra guidance on how to respond to some technology issues relating to my connecting my phone. Outstanding service from the beginning to the conclusion of all my visits. More

Had good service from service rep Chris. . Unfortunately, was not pleased with the service mechanic who could not resolve my vehicle issue. Which is vehicle not slowing down when I release .
