I was out running errands when my low tire pressure light came on so I proceeded directly to the dealership. There was a nail in my tire and I knew I needed new tires anyway so I decided to have them replace came on so I proceeded directly to the dealership. Scheduling online for a service was easy. Jose was very friendly and mad the check in process easy. Gave future suggestions along with a quote so I can budget for it making it not a surprise. Jose was wonderful. I had traveled from Texas to visit my mother in El Cajon. I was worried that I may have had a leak in the radiator hose. When I left Texas I did not have a lot of anti-freeze, so I f my mother in El Cajon. I was worried that I may have had a leak in the radiator hose. When I left Texas I did not have a lot of anti-freeze, so I filled it up before I left. But when I got to El Cajon, I still needed to add more anti-freeze, so I brought the car in. Jose set it up so that I had the vehicle inspected. Thankfully there was no leak. BUT Jose noticed that I had not yet had some warrantee work done that was due to expire this year. So I was able to get that done as well!!! Jose was very personable and very helpful! More
