First time at the Honda of El Cajon store. We have been going to El Cajon Toyota with our Toyotas and are now the owners of a Honda. It needed servicing so I called at 6:30 in the morning and was amazed t going to El Cajon Toyota with our Toyotas and are now the owners of a Honda. It needed servicing so I called at 6:30 in the morning and was amazed that James Greechan answered in service and took care of my questions. He met me when I drove in, was friendly and helpful, and made me feel it was okay changing stores and service representative! I liked that there is outside seating, as well as inside, for waiting on our vehicle. Wished you had tea, along with the coffee or sold sugar-free tea, but just happy you had a service rep that works diligently and cares. Happy to still be going to the Kaminskys. Happy to have found James Greechan to make our experiences less traumatic. More

I came in for my first oil change and tire rotation. Everything went well, except when I headed home, the dash light came on telling me that my tires were low. I was upset and concerned, after just getting them rotated, that I shouldn't continue driving. I called my service advisor, and he told me that the sensor was delicate. He also said that I could come back in to get the sensor reset or that he could help me do it over the phone. If I had been warned, before leaving, that the sensor might come on and of what to do if that happened, I wouldn't have been upset or so worried about continuing to drive my car at that point. My suggestion is that the advisors warn the customer that this could happen BEFORE the customer leaves. Other than that, Jose was very nice! More
