I'm writing a review on Chris Blew, production manager/estimator at Honda of El Cajon. My HRV was in the body shop for service because of the faulty white paint. It ended up being kept there a m manager/estimator at Honda of El Cajon. My HRV was in the body shop for service because of the faulty white paint. It ended up being kept there a month and because of Chris Blew the process was seamless and painless, and in fact it was easier than I imagined. Chris' customer service was beyond anything I've ever received at the dealer. He was professional but personable, ALWAYS available when I had questions, kept me updated with a call every week to give me the status of my car and delivered the news Kindly. His tact with delivering "bad news" was impeccable which is a skill that must be practiced and acquired. Chris nailed it!! He was organized, always had the information I needed or asked for and incredibly knowledgeable regarding the process of the repair work on my Honda. The best thing about Chris was when he talked and interacted with me I had his full attention and even though I know he was managing a lot of people getting repair work, I felt like I was the only person he was taking care of. The skill it takes to help a customer feel like they are getting personalized service and attention is RARE these days and Chris has it. I would recommend Chris Blew for any managerial position.
