From that point in the purchase process, I was easily able to focus on the vehicle and make decisions accordingly. I walked away from three other dealerships before going to Downtown Honda. In each case, the sales rep was either aggressive or clearly disingenuous --or some other crafty/cunning version of it. Adam struck me as sincere and genuine; two of the most important traits that discerning people recognize. Lastly, it was clear to me that Adam enjoys people. He has a wonderful sense of humor that comes through in a gentle, likable way. You have a goldmine in Adam. If I had a business of my own, I'd work very hard to steal him from you! More
