My purchase experience was terrible. Last minute price gauging ruined the entire experience. Even though I had negotiated out of the door price before arriving at the dealership, the Mig Last minute price gauging ruined the entire experience. Even though I had negotiated out of the door price before arriving at the dealership, the Miguel Gonzalez's manager Gus made an aggressive last minute attempt to make me pay additional $500 else cancel the deal. Only after I walked out of the dealership, a different Sales Manager agreed to honor the price I was promised online. But my purchase experience was ruined already. It did not get better after that. I was told entire purchase process would take 2 hrs; in reality it took 6 hrs. I was shown the vehicle right away when I arrived but had to wait an hour to test drive it. Another hour was wasted when Miguel Gonzalez and his manager tried to renegotiate a higher price. I then spent half hour completing online application for credit check. Then I waited 2 hours in the lobby before getting called to complete the paperwork. You all should watch and learn from Tesla on this. Tesla makes its customers spend less than 30 mins at the site. I had to ask that car be washed as it was dirty. I pointed out that the third row seats were stained and no solution was provided. I asked if the minor scratches could be touched up; no solution was offered. Floor mats and mud flaps from previous owner has been removed from the vehicle. More

My car was damaged (rear bumper) while being serviced. I also waited an inordinate amount of time for my car, beyond your original estimate, and I had to track down someone for an explanation.
